Frequently asked questions
Who can join?
Anyone with a PokeShop.it account. Signing up is free and you join automatically, starting from the Collector level. Orders count when you place them signed in to your account.
When does the discount apply?
From the order after the one that takes your spend over a threshold. The discount then appears by itself on every product, in your cart and at checkout, whenever you're signed in. The order that unlocks a level isn't discounted retroactively.
Does shipping count?
No. Only products count, after discounts. Shipping and the order handling fee don't add to your collector spend, and the discount doesn't apply to them.
Do preorders count?
Yes. A preorder is paid when you place it, so once the payment is confirmed its products count like any other order. Your level discount applies to preorder products too.
Can I lose my level?
No. A level you reach never expires and is never taken away, even if you buy less for a while.
