Support is available by email and WhatsApp at +39 324 602 6410, Monday to Friday, 11:00–12:30 and 16:00–18:00, Europe/Rome time, excluding public holidays. These conditions govern purchases through PokeShop.it. Consumer protections apply to individuals buying for purposes outside their business or profession; requesting an invoice does not by itself determine consumer status.

Products, availability and prices

Read the product page before purchasing: it identifies the item, its condition, product language, contents, price and dispatch estimate. Collectible products may contain random cards; no specific card, rarity, market value or investment return is promised unless expressly included in the description. Images identified as illustrative do not replace the stated contents and characteristics.

Owned stock, supplier availability and preorder quantities are different. A preorder reserves future availability and is not an item ready for immediate dispatch. Quantity limits, when shown, apply to the customer and product concerned. Prices are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes as shown in the order summary.

Order total and handling costs

Before payment, the summary shows merchandise, discounts, one compatible shipping charge, order handling costs and the final amount due. Order handling costs are a mandatory component of the order total and apply equally to every available payment method. The ordinary rate is 3.5%; the effective rate and amount shown in your summary apply to your order.

Handling costs are calculated on merchandise after discounts plus the selected shipping charge, once, with the result rounded to euro cents. Selecting PayPal or another available method does not add a method-specific surcharge. A later change to prices or the handling rate does not change the amounts recorded for an existing order.

Placing an order and payment confirmation

Review quantities, delivery details, any invoice details and the final total before proceeding. Proceeding from the reviewed cart prepares an order awaiting payment and reserves the available quantity for 20 minutes. You then choose an available method and complete the explicit payment confirmation required by the selected provider. An unpaid order can expire and release its reservation.

The sales contract is concluded when the provider's payment has been verified against the order, amount and currency, the order becomes paid and its paid confirmation is made available. A payment under review does not automatically conclude the contract. A payment received after the reservation expires requires review and does not automatically restore the reserved quantity or mark the order paid. A provider authorisation, a return to the shop or an order-receipt message alone is not confirmation that payment is complete. If a payment needs checking, contact support before trying again. Keep the order reference and the information supplied with your order.

Delivery and preorders

Delivery is available to the Italian addresses accepted by checkout. Shipping methods, costs and the applicable preparation information are shown before payment. Product-specific dispatch estimates take priority; preparation and carrier transit are separate periods. See Shipping and returns for carriers, tracking and delivery responsibilities.

For preorders, the expected dispatch date is shown when known; otherwise dispatch is indicated as when available. An order containing stocked items and preorders is sent together when all items are ready, using the latest estimate if every expected date is known. An unknown date does not permit indefinite postponement or remove your statutory rights.

A paid preorder may be submitted for courtesy cancellation through a support ticket up to 72 hours before the expected dispatch date recorded for that order. If no date is known, contact support for individual review. A ticket does not automatically cancel or refund the order. This courtesy procedure does not restrict statutory withdrawal or remedies for delay, non-delivery or non-conforming goods.

Late delivery and unavailable goods

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract. If the applicable deadline is missed, you may require delivery within an appropriate additional period and terminate the contract if that period also expires. Where the law permits immediate termination, including a refusal to deliver or an essential delivery deadline, no additional period is required. Amounts owed following termination are refunded without undue delay.

We inform you of an availability problem or a material change to the expected dispatch date. A revised estimate does not remove an agreed essential deadline, compel you to accept a replacement product or restrict any right to terminate and receive a refund.

Withdrawal and legal guarantee

Consumers may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a specific legal exception applies. Shipping and returns explains how to give notice, return instructions, costs, refund timing and a model declaration. An opened TCG package does not automatically remove this right; only legally chargeable, documented loss of value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection can reduce the refund.

The seller is responsible for the legal guarantee of conformity. It covers defects present at delivery that become apparent within two years. The consumer may seek repair or replacement without charge under the conditions set by law, or a proportionate price reduction or termination where the statutory conditions for those remedies apply. Product-specific notes, voluntary return conditions and manufacturer policies cannot remove these rights.

Complaints, applicable law and changes

For a complaint, write to [email protected] with the order reference and a description of the problem. Consumer purchases are governed by Italian law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Mandatory rules on the competent consumer court remain applicable.

The conditions applicable to an order are those provided when it is placed. Later revisions apply to later orders and do not retrospectively reduce rights arising from an existing purchase.
