Preorders can be purchased when future quantity is available. The expected dispatch date is shown when known; otherwise dispatch takes place when available, without a confirmed date. An order containing stocked goods and preorders is sent together when every item is ready, using the latest estimate if all dates are known. For a paid preorder, you can request courtesy cancellation through a support ticket up to 72 hours before the expected dispatch date recorded for the order. If that date is unknown, contact support for individual review. A ticket does not automatically cancel or refund the order, and requests outside the courtesy window can still be reviewed. This procedure does not restrict statutory withdrawal or remedies for delay and non-conformity. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, delivery is due within 30 days of the contract; an unknown date does not permit indefinite postponement.
